So it helps to have either read them, or have someone on your team that has. <br />Aside from that this game is pretty fun. It's a little confusing the first few times you play it, as the rules are little quirky...but it's so fun. It was great testing our knowledge of Twilight. It was fun trying to beat the other players at knowing the most. <br />I wouldn't recommend this game be played by anyone who isn't really into the whole Twilight scene. They won't have fun. Of course, if you haven't seen the movie, you can't even play it cause you'd be lost.... not educational, but at least they enjoyed it and it wasn't electronic! My wife hates twilight, so as a prank, I put her real Christmas present inside the box, and threw out the game.
